Can I bring my own faux flowers?
We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate external faux flowers that do not originate from Modern Display.
In line with our commitment to providing unparalleled quality in our services, we exclusively utilize premium faux flower sprays sourced from Modern Display to ensure the highest standard of work.
Can I bring my own vase/container?
Certainly, you're welcome to bring your own vase or container. We understand the sentimental value of heirloom vases or special gifts, and we encourage you to incorporate them into your arrangements.
Additionally, we offer a diverse selection of vases and containers in-store to complement any floral arrangement.
How long is the turnaround time for a designer arrangement?
The turnaround time for a designer arrangement varies depending on our current workload.
We recommend speaking directly with one of our designers who can provide you with an estimated completion date based on your specific requirements and the current demand.
Why I can't order an arrangement online?
Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints and the limited availability of certain floral varieties, we do not currently offer online faux flower arrangement services.
Shipping delicate arrangements may compromise the quality and the shape of the flowers upon arrival.
