Falling apart upon arrival

I was really disappointed when these ornaments.
The red paint was already flaking off in the box when they arrived.
They were packaged so poorly I'm surprised the didn't shatter in shipping. Some packing paper on top and each wrapped in a little tissue paper sitting in the bottom of the box.
