Return Policy

• All purchases are returnable within 30 days with the original receipt unless one of the following scenarios comes first.
  
  • Christmas items must be returned by Saturday, December 13th.
  • Christmas trees at 25% off or less are returnable within 72 hours.
    
  • Christmas trees more than 25% off are final sale.
  • Premade custom arrangements/wreaths are returnable within 72 hours.
  • Custom-made arrangements/wreaths are not returnable.
  • Float material purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase or by July 11th (whichever occurs first)
    
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges.
• No warranties on items sold at more than 50% off.
• No price adjustments on previous purchases. 

Float Material Heat Exposure Warning & Return Policy
Float materials are highly sensitive to heat and may melt, warp, or become damaged when exposed to elevated temperatures, including inside parked vehicles or direct sunlight.

Vehicle interiors can reach extreme temperatures quickly, even on mild days, due to heat trapped through the windshield.

By purchasing these materials, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Heat damage can occur during transport or storage
• Melted or heat-damaged materials are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
• This policy applies regardless of how minor the damage may be

Please transport and store all materials in a cool environment.

Web Order Refund
Shipping charges are not refundable. Due to the dynamic nature of our retail inventory, we cannot guarantee that all items in your order will be available. If an item is out of stock, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear.

High-Risk Fraud Orders
In accordance with Shopify’s protection policies, we reserve the right to cancel orders flagged as high-risk for fraud. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I return an item?
Contact us prior to returning your item for the best possible service. If items are shipped, upon receiving your item, we will refund your purchase, less original shipping costs.
Return shipments should include an original receipt and be marked Attn: Online Returns. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we received the return of your item.
