Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated in real-time based on delivery location, package weight, and size. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Policy:
All purchases are returnable within 30 days with the original receipt unless one of the following scenarios comes first.
- Easter items must be returned by Tuesday, April 8th.
- Christmas trees at 25% off or less are returnable within 72 hours. Christmas trees more than 25% off are final sale.
- Float material purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase or by July 18th (whichever occurs first)
- Clearance item (CLR) is final sale. No return/ exchange.
